Your item will be processed within 1 business day once payment and photo have been received. Once work has begun on your product, your order cannot be canceled without penalty.

Please provide your photo by email (jpg format) or by mail. Original picture can be a wallet size or larger.  The quality of your photo determines the quality of the printed item. “Portrait versus Landscape” – Portrait is better, the image can be transformed to fit on the entire tag. Landscape can be used but it has its limits to how much of the image can be transformed on the tag. The original photo will be returned with the dog tag.
